摘要 根据支架泄漏产生高频声波的原理,开发了基于计算机系统的液压支架泄漏检测系统,利用该系统可以接收高频声波来进行泄漏检测和泄漏定位。液压支架泄漏检测系统现场实践表明:该系统的误报和漏报现象较少,不但可以检测支架内部泄漏问题,还能定位泄漏故障部位。通过支架泄漏无损检测,提高了工作面液压支架的管理水平,同时也提高了支架与顶板围岩受力观测的准确性。 According to the principle of high-frequency sound waves produced by hydraulic supports leakage,hydraulic leakage detection system is developed. The system can receive high frequency sound waves to detect and locate leakage. The practice of the detector shows that the false alarm probability of hydraulic leakage detection system is relatively low,it can not only detect internal leakage problem of support,but also determine the leak location. Through the leakage nondestructive testing,it improves the management level in hydraulic support,at the same time,also improves the accuracy of support and roof surrounding rock measurements.
