摘要
目的:探讨丹七川故饮合深部热疗治疗良性前列腺增生伴膀胱过度活动症的临床疗效和安全性。方法:选择BPH伴OAB患者23例,口服自拟中药方丹七川故饮和进行深部热疗12周,治疗前后分别评价IPSS、OABSS、Qmax、尿急次数、日间排尿、夜尿等指标。结果:治疗后IPSS评分、OABSS评分、Qmax、尿急次数、日间排尿次数、夜尿次数等指标均较治疗前有改善,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。23例患者均未出现尿储留及不良反应。结论:丹七川故饮合深部热疗治疗良性前列腺增生伴膀胱过度活动症患者疗效满意,安全性高。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect and safety of treating BPH concomitant with OAB in Dan-qi-chuan-gu-yin plus deep-part thermotherapy. Methods：23cases were treated with Dan-qi-chuan-gu-yin plus deep-part thermotherapy 12 weeks. IPSS, OABSS, Qmax, urgency, urination in the day and night urination respectively were evaluated before and after treatment. Results： The above indexes are better in pretreatment than that of posttreatment （P〈0.01）.Urinary retention and adverse reactions do not appear in all 23 cases. Conclusion： Dan-qi-chuan-gu-yin plus deep-part thermotherapy has positive curative effect and safety on treating BPH concomitant with OAB.
