壮医经筋理论治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

Observation on the therapeutic effect of treating nerve root type of cervical spondylosis with the theory of the strong and healthy

目的:观察经筋理论治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法:将103例患者随机分为治疗组(经筋手法+经筋针刺+拔罐)52例和对照组(经络推拿+电针疗法)51例作比较。结果:治疗组总有效率为98.1%,高于对照组的82.2%(P<0.05);治疗组症候积分的恢复方面也优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在神经根型颈椎病的治疗中运用壮医经筋疗法,能更有效的治疗神经根型颈椎病。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type with tendon theory. Methods： 103 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group （musclemeridianmanipulation ＋ meridian acupuncture and cupping, 52 cases） and the control （meridian massage and acupuncture therapy） group 51 cases for comparison. Results： the total effective rate of the treatment group was 82.2%, higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, and the recovery of symptom score in the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, which was better than that of the control group （）. Conclusion： in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type of cervical spondylosis, the use of strong and effective treatment, can be more effective treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis.
