中医治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病研究进展

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种能够预防和缓解的常见呼吸系统疾病,主要表现为肺通气和换气功能进行性下降,西医治疗多遵循COPD全球策略(GOLD)分级治疗原则,早期犹可改善,后期多不能逆转,远期疗效尚不甚明确。中医向来在医治COPD方面有着其特殊疗效,并取得了良好的效果,但是未能系统一套规范化的治疗体系,现为挖掘中医的特色治疗并提供相应的治疗研究近况,就近年来中医治疗COPD研究,进行系统的整理和综述。
