"Nursing" teaching method reform and practice of medical statistics

目的:培养学生应用医学统计学知识解决和分析医学问题的综合能力。方法:比较不同年级、不同班级分别采用传统教学法、问题教学法和案例教学法的教学效果。结果:不同年级、不同班级的考试成绩经过SPSS16统计分析结果是:2011级F1=29.781,p1=0.000,2012级F2=30.531,p2=0.000。结论:传统教学法、问题教学法与案例教学法的教学效果有显著性的差异。

Objective：Trains the student to use medical statistics the comprehensive ability to solve the problem of and analysis of medical knowledge. Methods：Compare the different grade, the different class respectively by traditional teaching method, problem teaching method and case method of teaching effect. Results：Different grades, different classes of test scores after SPSS16 statistical analysis the result： a level 2011 F1 = 29.781, p = 0.000, a level 2012 F2 = 30.531, p2 = 0.000. Conclusion：Traditional teaching method, problem teaching method and the teaching effect of case teaching has significant differences.
