此文介绍了一种新研制的具有双标准表的0.01级三相交流仪表标准装置的组成结构、技术指标及软硬件设计的创新点。该文介绍的具有双标准表的0.01级三相交流仪表标准装置,相较于目前在国内科研院所使用的0.01级三相交流仪表标准装置,在增强交流源的稳定度、数字信号源功能改善、增加报警保护功能等方面都有了较大改善。此外,该装置使用双标准表,可完成装置的期间核查与比对工作,确保标准装置的准确可靠。

This paper introduces the composition and structure,technical indicators and innovations of standard device of a new Grade 0.01 three-phase AC instrument with double-standard meter hardware and software design.This new device, equal to the standard device of Grade 0.01 three＇phase AC instrument used in domestic research institutes has improved a lot in stability of AC source, function improvement of digital signal source,adding alarming protection function and other aspects：In addition,the device uses double standard meter to complete intermediate cheeks and comparative work and ensure the accurate and reliable results.
