摘要
国网公司正在建设的"五统一"的优秀企业文化符合文化形成与发展的规律,是由相当长的过程逐步积累完善形成的,但如何将这一企业文化做到很好地落地、传播、践行是目前需要探讨的问题。学院为凸显企业文化传播基地功能,结合自身岗位特点和工作实际,围绕学员管理上的一些困难与瓶颈,重点抓住学员"五强五弱"特点,采用"活动引领"的方式大力组织推广学员党建"六个一工程"。该方法通过丰富多彩的活动向新员工传播企业文化,动之以理、晓之以情、导之以行,实施企业文化在全体新员工的全覆盖、全渗透,达到了活跃校园文化,引领凝聚学员的目的。
The excellent "five unities"corporate culture being built by State Grid Corporation is in line with the law of cultural formation and development,and forms through a fairly long process of gradual accumulation and perfection ,but it is still an issue requiring exploring how to implement, spread and fulfill this corporate culture well.To highlight its function of the base to spread corporate culture, State Grid of China Technology College combines with their own post characteristics and actual work ,centers on some difficulties and bottlenecks in students management,focuses on students "five strength,five weakness" and takes the way of"activities lead" to vigorously promote"six aspects project"of Party building of students.This method spreads corporate culture to new employees through a variety penetration of corporate culture in all new employees of activities,implements full coverage and full through reason, empathy and behavior, reaching the goal of making campus culture active and leading condensed students.
