情景模式的安全规程教学探讨

摘要 《电力安全工作规程》(以下简称《规程》)是保障电力企业员工人身安全的最重要的安全规章制度。电力公司员工教学培训的主要目的是促使生产人员真正理解《规程》相关条款并在实际工作中贯彻执行。因此,必须将抽象的规程条款转化为实际的情景模式进行教学。本文根据情景模式的教学思路,建立《规程》学习情景,注重对《规程》条文的理解和实际问题的解决,改变传统的教学模式,由灌输为主变为实际问题解决的提升。文章探讨了情景教学的必要性,《规程》的教学任务,并对3个方向的情景教学进行了深入的探讨:违章案例教学,现场培训教学和计算机仿真教学。相较传统的教学模式,新的教学模式能够使得学员在较短的时间内系统掌握《规程》内容,防止现场违章事故的发生。 Working Safety Regulation for Power Industry (hereinafter referred to as Regulations ) is the most important safety regulation system to cnsure the pcrsonal safety of employees in electric power enterprises.The main purpose of teaching and training employees in electric power enterprises is to help workers in production understand relevant provisions of Regulations and put the Regulations in practice.Therefore,the abstract provisions must be transformed into the actual scene for teaching.Based on the teaching ideas of situation ,this paper aims to establish learning situation of Regulations and focus on the understafiding of Regulations and resolutions to practical problems.Change the traditional teaching mode from inoculation into promoting the ability of solving practical problems.The paper discusses the necessity of sitational teaching, teaching task of Regulations ,and more about situational teaching in three directions :violation case teaching,site training and computer simulation teaching as well.Compared with the traditional teaching,the new teaching model enables trainees to systematically master Regulations in a short period of time to avoid unprofessional accidents on site.
