三叉神经干及周围支多点射频治疗三叉神经痛的临床研究

Clinical Study of Multi-point Radiofrequency Ablation in Treatment of Trigeminal Neuralgia

目的：通过临床观察64例三叉神经痛患者治疗效果,探讨三叉神经干及周围支多点射频治疗三叉神经痛的临床疗效。方法：选取2014年1月~2014年11月于我院就诊并被确诊为三叉神经痛的患者64例,按照随机原则将所有入选患者分为治疗组32例,对照组32例。治疗组采取三叉神经干及周围支多点射频治疗,对照组采取封闭治疗,治疗之后进行疗效的对比。结果：进行治疗后,治疗组各时点VAS评分小于对照组。治疗组治疗后1d,VAS评分从治疗前的（8.52±2.25）降至（2.21±2.05）,有效率96.9﹪;对照组治疗后1d,VAS评分从治疗前的（8.48±2.16）降至（4.23±2.12）,有效率65.6%。两组情况比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：三叉神经干及周围支多点射频治疗三叉神经痛疗效显著、并发症少、安全性高。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of multi-point radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia.Methods：64patients who suffered from trigeminal neuralgia were included in this study.They were randomly divided into two groups,32 patients in the treatment group and 32 patients in the control group.Patients in the treatment group were treated with multi-point radiofrequency ablation while those in the control group were treated by nerve blocking.The efficacy in two groups was compared after treatment.Results：The VAS scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group.One day after multi-point radiofrequency ablation,the VAS score in the treatment group decreased from 8.52±2.25 to 2.21±2.05.The effective rate was 96.9%.While the VAS score in the control group decreased from 8.48±2.16 to 4.23±2.12 and the effective rate was65.6%.There were significant differences between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The multi-point radiofrequency ablation is more effective in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia,meanwhile with fewer complications and higher security.
