On construction of China's e-commerce industry dispute resolution mechanism

电子商务行业的特点决定了构建电子商务行业纠纷解决机构的必要性,但在构建过程中面临着政策及更高层次的法律方面的欠缺、组织保障方面的欠缺,社会认可度低、权威性不强的困境。要构建电子商务行业纠纷解决机制需要完善电子商务行业自律体系建设,政府政策上给以支持与引导,还应健全相关法律法规,并完善行业内纠纷解决组织体系建设。

The characteristics of e-commerce industry determines the necessity of constructing e-commerce industry dispute resolution institutions, but in the process of constructing we are lqlcing the lack of policy and legal aspects of higher level, the lack of organizational security and the plight of low social recognitiou and weak authority. To construct e-commerce industry dispute resolution mechanisna, we should improve the self-discipline system of e--commerce industTy, get government＇s support and guidance, improve the relevant laws and regulations and perfect the construction of dispute resolution system in the industry.
