所有权保留买卖是现代经济发展下一种常用模式,它对于买卖双方的利益都起到了促进作用。但我国现行的法律体系对所有权保留买卖的规定过于宽泛,特别是没有明确买受人的期待权,这不利于在商品交易中对买受人的保护。文章从学理角度对买受人的期待权展开论述,分析了期待权的法律性质、买受人期待权的保护措施。

The sale of retention of tide is a common mode in modem economic development, which plays a catalytic role for the interests of buyers and sellers. But in China＇s current legal system, the provisions for the sale of retention of tide are too broad, especially without clear buyers＇ expect right, which is not conducive to the protection of the buyers in the commodity trading. The article discussed the buyers＇ expect right from the theoretical perspective to analyze the legal nature of the expect right and the protection measures for the buyer＇s expect right.
