随着司法改革的不断深入,全国各地检察机关在涉罪未成年人帮教工作上做出了许多新的尝试,积累了一定经验,但仍有一些亟待解决的问题。本文拟从我国检察机关涉罪未成年人帮教工作的现状出发,对涉罪未成年人帮教机制的完善进行初步探讨,以期为司法改革背景下检察机关顺利有效实现涉罪未成年人帮教职能提供有益启示。

With the deepening of judicial reform, the procuratorial organs in China has made many new attempts in the help and education of minors involved in crimes and accumulated some experience, but there are still some problems to be solved. The paper starts from the situation of the help and education of minors involved in crimes in the procuratorial organs to make preliminary discussion on the improvement of the help and education mechanism, with a view to provide useful enlightenment for achieving smooth and efficient functions of help and education to minors involved in crimes to the procuratorial organs in the context of judicial reform.
