论新形势下我国社会治安防控体系的制度构建

当前我国处于社会转型的特殊时期,受复杂的国际、国内因素影响,我国的治安防控面临着严峻的新形势,在当前动态化、信息化条件下,我国如何主动适应面临的新形势来构建社会治安防控体系是亟需解决的重要课题,本文主要从制度层面探讨新形势下我国社会治安防控体系的构建。

At present, China is in a special period of social transformation, influenced by the complex international and domestic factors, so the security protection is facing a severe new situation. In the current dynamic and information-based conditions, how to initiatively adapt to the new situation to build a social security protection system is an important issue to be solved. The paper mainly explored the construction of China＇s social security protection system under the new situation from the system level.
