当前,恐怖主义给公安工作带来了严峻挑战,反恐维稳成为了新常态。警务保障是公安工作的物质基础,是保证公安工作高效运转的支撑点,事关公安机关维护社会稳定的水平及成效。基层公安机关作为维护国家安全和社会稳定的最前沿,应积极践行"服务、求实、勤俭、廉洁"的警务保障精神,贯彻"保障有力、管理规范、基础扎实、服务到位"的工作目标,构建实用实效的警务保障体系,完善面向实战、服务实战、参与实战的警务保障机制,进一步提升基层公安机关的整体战斗能力。

At present, terrorism has brought severe challenges to public security work that the maintenance of stability against terrorism has become the new normal. The policing security is the material basis of police, the strong point to ensure the efficient functioning of the public security work and the forefront matter of safeguarding national security and social stability, which should actively practice the ＂serving, truth-seeking, diligent and honest＂ spirit of the policing security and implement the objectives of ＂effective security, standard management, solid foundation and good service＂, build practical and effective policing security system, improve the poheing security mechanism of facing the actual combat, serving the actual combat service and participating in the actual combat and further enhance the overall combat capability of grass-roots public security organs.
