论情景教学法在高职ESP英语教学中的应用

On the applica tion of situational teaching approach in higher vocational ESP teaching

ESP(English For Special Purpose),即专门用途英语,作为高职院校的一门重要课程,在高职英语教学中也得到了广泛的推广。高职ESP英语教学的目的在于提高学生在日常生活、工作以及商务环境下的英语实际应用能力。由于英语的应用性的特点,在模仿真实情境下的语言交流能力的培训就显得尤为重要。主要从情景教学的特点和现行的高职ESP英语教学中存在的问题出发,探讨情景教学法在高职ESP英语教学中的应用。

ESP （English For Special Purpose）, as an important course in vocational colleges, has been widely promoted in higher vocational English teaching. The purpose of higher vocational ESP teaching is to improve students＇ English skills in everyday life, work and business environment. For the applicable characteristics of English, the training of language communication skills under imitational real situations is particularly important. Mainly start from the features of the situational teaching approach and the existing problems of higher vocational ESP teaching to discuss the application of situational teaching approach in higher vocational ESP teaching.
