Changing orientation of legal education in contemporary university and developing direction in China

大学的法律教育是一个国家法律制度发展的导向,同时也适应着社会的发展需求。各国的大学法律教育的历史进程并不相同,但其变革的总体导向是一致的,都是向着系统理论教育与职业实践教育相结合的方向发展,培养真正符合社会需求的应用型人才,而那些进入法律制度研究的创造型人才则不断地推进国家法律制度的完善,引导着国家向着法治的方向发展。

Legal education in universities is an orientation for development of a national legal system, and also being adapt to the development needs of a society. The historical process of legal education in universities in each country is not the same, but the overall changing orientation is consistent, that is toward the direction of combining systematic theory education with professional practice education, training application-oriented talents truly meet the social needs. And those creative talents doing the research on legal system are constantly advancing the improvement of the national legal system to guide the country toward the direction of the rule of law.
