摘要
合成了两个单酚钠的邻菲罗啉配合物和两个桥联二酚钠的邻菲罗啉配合物,通过X光单晶衍射测定了它们的晶体结构。2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基酚钠的邻菲罗啉配合物是二聚体结构,邻菲罗啉平面与酚环平面几乎垂直。将该酚的对位甲基改变为叔丁基,分子配位构型没有明显变化。以二甲胺桥联的二酚钠盐,其邻菲罗啉配合物呈二聚体结构,桥氮原子跟一个钠离子进行配位。以六氢嘧啶桥联的二酚钠盐,其邻菲罗啉配合物也是分子内二聚体结构,两个桥氮原子同时与一个钠离子进行配位。
Two phenanthroline coordinated mono-phenolato sodium complexes and two phenanthroline coordinated bis(phenolato) sodium complexes were synthesized and their crystal structures were elucidated by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Sodium 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenolate/phenanthroline complex was a dimer. The phenanthroline planes were almost vertical toward the phenol rings. The displacement of the methyl with tert-butyl group did not show obvious change in the coordination mode. For sodium bis(phenolate) linked by bis(methyl) amine species, its phenanthroline complex displayed dimeric structure. The bridging nitrogen atom coordinated to a sodium ion. For sodium bis(phenolate) linked by a hexahydropyrimidine, its phenanthroline complex was also a dimer. Two bridging nitrogen atoms coordinated to a sodium ion.
