2012～2013年大连市食源性疾病监测分析

Analysis on the surveillance of food-borne diseases,Dalian city,2012-2013

目的 了解食源性疾病发生规律,做好预防控制工作。方法 收集大连市2012~2013年食源性肠道传染病和食源性疾病监测数据,进行统计分析。结果 10 106例食源性肠道传染病中,细菌性痢疾和其他感染性腹泻病发病总数占91.67%,发病高峰为7~8月,5岁以下儿童和20~50岁青壮年发病人数较高,家务及待业人员和散居儿童为主要发病人群。157起食源性疾病事件高发月份为7~9月,致病因素主要为微生物性和有毒植物,主要发生在餐饮饭店和家庭,发病人群主要为来大连旅游者和散居居民。从哨点医院上报的794份食源性疾病主动监测样本中分离到204株副溶血性弧菌、3株志贺菌、2株沙门菌。结论 大连市食源性肠道传染病和食源性疾病事件呈季节性,致病因素以微生物污染为主。

Objective To understand the occurrence regularity of food borne diseases,so as to do a good job in the prevention and control. Methods Data were collected and analyzed on the food-borne intestinal infectious diseases and the surveillance of food borne diseases during 2013-2014. Results Of 10 106 food-borne infectious disease, the bacterial dysentery and infectious diarrhea accounted for 91.67% of the total cases. The peak months were July and October. The cases of children under 5 years-old and adults aged 20-50 were higher than other age groups. The cases happened in houseworkers,jobseekers and children living scattered werehigher than that in other occupations. A total of 157 food-borne outbreaks were reported. Bacterial andpoisonous plant poisoning were the main pathogenic factors. Restaurants and family were the major prevalenceplaces. Travellers and scattered residents were the major prevalence population. 794 food-borne disease cases were reported by sentinel sites. Of 794 cases of food-borne disease, Vibrio parahemolyticus was detected in 204 cases,Shigella was detected in 3 cases,Salmonella was detected in 2 cases. Conclusion Food-borne diseases （including food-borne outbreaks） in Dalian city show seasonal fluctuations and are mainly caused by microbial contamination.
