2014年滕州市农村医务人员对新发传染病认知行为调查

Survey on the cognitive-behavior of rural medical staff on emerging infectious diseases,Tengzhou city,2014

目的了解滕州市农村医务人员对新发传染病认识水平,为农村新发传染病防治提供科学依据。方法使用自行设计的调查表,采用整群抽样的方法,抽取滕州市1 864名乡村医生作为调查对象,了解乡村医生基本情况,新发传染病的相关法律法规知晓情况,对几种常见(艾滋病、SARS、人禽流感等)和不常见(莱姆病、埃博拉出血热、军团病等)新发传染病知识知晓情况,培训需求,主要新发传染病的报告情况,新发传染病知识知晓主要途径等。结果调查1 864名乡村医生,对艾滋病的传播途径知晓率最高(81.60%),而对埃博拉出血热的知晓率最低(12.61%);对新发传染病知识的知晓途径主要是培训(72.48%),100%的乡村医生都有培训需求;对新发传染病相关法律法规的掌握不足(46.32%)。结论应加大乡医的新发传染病相关知识、政策等的培训,以提升应对突发性新发传染病威胁的能力。

Objective To understand the level of the awareness of emerging infectious diseases among the rural medical staff in Tengzhou city,so as to provide scientific basis for their prevention and control. Methods A self-designed ques- tionnaire and cluster sampling survey was conducted among 1 864 rural doctors in Tengzhou city to understand the basic situation of rural doctors, the awareness of relevant laws and regulations about emerging infectious diseases, the awareness of several common（AIDS, SARS, Avian human influenza, etc） and uncommon emerging（Lyme diseas, EBHF, Legionnaire＇s disease, etc）infectious diseases, training needs, reports on major infectious diseases and major cognitive means of infectious diseases. Results The awareness of AIDS spreading means was the highest （81.60 %）, while the lowest awareness was Ebola hemorrhagic fever （12.61%）; The way to know emerging infectious diseases was mainly through training （72.48%） ;The knowledge of related control laws and regulations about emerging infectious diseases was inadequate （46.32 % ）. Conclusion Rural doctors should be trained on related knowledge and policies of emerging infectious disea- ses in order to improve the ability to deal with emerging infectious disease threats.
