工学结合人才培养模式的基础保障体系、课程体系、文化体系均是基于校企融合的基础建立的。高职院校的心理健康教育可通过创设校、企融合的双重四级心理健康基础保障体系,设置校、企融合的心理课程体系,构建厚德精技的校、企心理文化体系三个方面加以建设和完善。

The basic security system,curriculum system and culture system of the personnel training mode of work-integrated learning are constructed based on the cooperation between colleges and enterprises.The mental health education in higher vocational colleges can be improved through building the basic four-level security system,setting up work-integrated learning curriculum system,establishing the cultural system focusing on morality and competence.
