地方大学在引领和推动地方文化发展的过程中,占据着极为重要的作用,是地方文化再造和创新的主要推动力量。文章从地方大学的历史使命出发,要求地方大学提升自身的文化实力和水平,指出通过培养高层次文化人才,拓展产学研合作,打造地方大学文化产业等途径,全面引领和推动地方文化发展。

Local universities play a very important role in the process of leading and promoting the development of local culture,are the main driving force of local cultural reconstruction and innovation.This paper studies the historical mission of local universities,requires local universities to enhance their cultural capability and level,using the way of training high-level cultural talents,exploring the research cooperation,creating local university culture industry,leading and promoting local cultural development.
