积极进行人才培养模式改革,建立长效稳定的校企合作机制,带动专业调整与建设,引导课程设置、教学内容和教学方法改革,着重培养学生的动手能力、实践能力,培养他们适应现代化产业竞争的能力。发挥协同创新的引导和聚集作用,充分利用现有资源和条件,构建科学有效的组织管理体系,进一步推动药学专业校企合作,实现开放共享、持续发展。

The mode of personnel training is actively reformed to establish stable long-term school-enterprise cooperation mechanism to promote adjustment and construction of the specialty, and guide reforms of curriculum, teaching content and teaching methods. And focus is laid on practical ability of students, and development of their capabilities to adapt to modern industrial competitiveness. By exertion of the guiding and aggregation effects of the innovation of collaborative mechanisms and sufficient use of existing resources and conditions, reasonable and effective organization and management system is constructed. Then school-enterprise cooperation is further promoted. Open sharing and sustainable development is achieved.
