结合GasMan@软件的病案分析教学法在麻醉专业教学中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:比较课堂讲授、病案分析和GasMan@软件三者有机结合教学(LAG)与传统讲授式教学(LBL)两种教学方法在吸入麻醉教学的应用效果。方法:选择新疆医科大学麻醉专业学生78名,随机分为教改组(G组,n=39)和对照组(C组,n=39),教改组采用GasMan@软件结合病案分析的教学方法,对照组采用传统课堂讲授的教学方法。课后采用教学效果评价表,随堂不记名测试,分析比较两组学生的考试成绩,评价教改组的教学效果。结果:在客观题中,教改组的选择题、判断题、病例分析及平均成绩方面显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);在主观题中,教改组的学习兴趣和记忆等方面满意度显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:与传统LBL教学方法相比较,GasMan@软件结合病案分析教学法能够在课堂中重现临床环境,激发学生的学习兴趣,显著提高吸入麻醉学的教学效果。 Objective: to compare the effects of using case study and GasMan and using conventional methods in the teaching of anesthesiology. Method : 78 anesthesiological undergraduates were randomly assigned to G group ( n = 39 ) or Control group ( n = 39 ). G group used classroom lectures, case analysis and GasMan@ software( LAG), while Control group used lecture based learning(LBL). The students took anonymous quizzes and filled teaching effect evaluation forms after class. The exam results were compared between groups to evaluate the teaching effects. Results Compared to the Control group, G group got better results in objective questions like choosing, answering, case analysis and average ranks( P 〈 0.05), while G group also got better results in subjective questions like learning interests, study efficiency, memorize, logical thoughts, ability of analysis, solving problems and cooperation ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Compared to traditional teaching method, the combined use of lecture, case analysis and GasMan@ software can inspire the students' learning interests, develop their clinical thinking ability, improve the teaching effect of inhalation anesthesia significantly.
