在经济发展、产业转型的背景下，民办高校创新创业教育需要不断深化。本文以江西服装学院为案例，从办学理念、培养目标、课程教学模式、社会实践，以及与政府、社会关系等各方面，探索了民办高校创新创业教育发展与深化的路径。

Under the background of economical development and social transformation,the innovation and entrepreneurship education of private colleges and universities needs to be constantly optimized. This article takes Jiangxi Institute of Fashion Technology as an example and explores the ways of development and optimization of the. innovation and entrepreneurship education for private colleges and universities through discussing the educational concept,training objective, course teaching mode,social activities and the relationship with the government, the society and the others.
