摘要
考察了以焦化煤焦油蒽油为原料,二步法制备长链烷基蒽油磺酸盐表面活性剂的可行性,摸索出适合重、黏、稠芳烃原料烷基化磺化的工艺方案。其中适宜的工艺参数为:m(蒽油)∶m(α-十六烯)为5.5∶1,催化剂无水AlCl3用量为烯烃质量的7%,反应温度65℃,反应时间10h,中间产物烷基蒽油的选择性可达89.3%以上。经气体三氧化硫磺化后,所得烷基蒽油磺酸盐样品具有较好界面活性,其单独或与强碱三元体系复配界面性能优良,在大庆第一、二采油厂油水条件下,可在较宽的浓度范围内使油水界面张力稳定在超低范围内。
The alkyl anthracene sulfonates was synthesized with anthracene oil in coal tar as raw material by alkylation and sulfurization reactions.The optimum reaction condition was as the following:ratio of anthranene and olefin was 5.5∶1,dosage of catalyst AlCl3 was 7(wt)% of olefin,temperature was 65℃,reaction time was 10 h.The selectivity of the intermediate product can reach up to 89.3%.After the sulfurization by gaseous SO3,the alkyl anthracene sulfonates was produced,which possessed excellent interfacial activity.In condition of the oil and water extracted from the NO.1and NO.2Daqing Oil Production Plant,the interfacial behaviour of the AENS and its complex with HLAS system present great IFT and stability with wider range of the dosage concentration.
