摘要
子宫内膜炎是奶牛生殖疾病的常见病,也是导致奶牛繁殖障碍的主要原因之一,近年来发病率越来越高,严重影响了奶牛的繁殖能力和生产性能。本研究主要针对华中地区子宫内膜炎患牛所分离鉴定的菌种,选取临床应用最广泛的16种抗生素药物进行体外药敏试验,以确定华中地区菌株对药物的敏感性。本研究利用测量抑菌圈直径的方法判断病原菌对药物的敏感性。结果显示:大肠杆菌对左氧氟沙星、强力霉素、氟苯尼考、庆大霉素、卡那霉素、先锋霉素V、链霉素、新霉素以及环丙沙星等抗生素的敏感性较高;绿脓杆菌对左氧氟沙星、氟苯尼考、庆大霉素、环丙沙星以及恩诺沙星等抗生素的敏感性较高;金黄色葡萄球菌对左氧氟沙星、先锋霉素V、庆大霉素、红霉素、万古毒素以及环丙沙星等抗生素的敏感性较高;沙门氏菌对氟苯尼考、庆大霉素、氯霉素、红霉素、万古毒素、环丙沙星、新霉素及链霉素等抗生素的敏感性较高;表皮葡萄球菌对强力霉素、氟苯尼考、青霉素、庆大霉素、红霉素及链霉素等抗生素的敏感性较高;变形杆菌对左氧氟沙星、强力霉素、氟苯尼考、庆大霉素、环丙沙星、新霉素及恩诺沙星等抗生素的敏感性较高。对其他抗生素呈现不同程度的耐药性。
Endometritis is a common disease of cow reproductive diseases, but also one of the main reasons causing reproductive disorder of dairy cows. And in recent years the incidence of endometritis is more and more high, seriously affecting the reproductive capacity and production performance of dairy cows. This research mainly for the central area of diseased cows the isolation and identiifcation of bacteria, select the most widely clinical application of 16 kinds of antibiotics in vitro drug sensitivity test, to determine the area isolated strains of drug sensitivity. In this study, we used the method of measuring the diameter of antibacterial circle to determine the sensitivity of pathogenic bacteria to drugs. The result is sensitive to levofloxacin, doxycycline, florfenicol, gentamicin, kanamycin, cephalosporin V, streptomycin, ciprolfoxacin and other antibiotics of Escherichia coli; high sensitivity to levolfoxacin, lforfenicol, gentamicin, ciprolfoxacin and enrolfoxacin antibiotics such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa;sensitivity of gold aureus of levolfoxacin, cephalothin, gentamicin, erythromycin V, vancomycin, ciprolfoxacin and other antibiotics; Salmonella to lforfenicol, gentamicin, chloramphenicol, erythromycin, ciprolfoxacin, neomycin and streptomycin antibiotics sensitivity; Staphylococcus epidermidis to florfenicol, doxycycline, erythromycin, penicillin, gentamicin and streptomycin antibiotics such as high sensitivity; Proteus to levolfoxacin, Qiang Limei, lforfenicol, gentamicin, ciprolfoxacin and enrolfoxacin and antibiotic sensitivity. Different levels of drug resistance to other antibiotics.
