地方高校图书馆参与新型城镇社区公共文化服务研究

The Research of the Participation of Local University Libraries in the Public Cultural Services of New-type Urban Communities

提高城镇公共文化服务能力是新型城镇化的重要内涵。随着新型城镇化的发展,地方高校图书馆的社区公共文化服务正在由消极被动走向积极主动。本文立足社区公共文化服务,在对地方高校图书馆社区文化服务现状调查的基础上,指出了地方高校图书馆参与新型城镇社区公共文化服务存在的问题,并探讨了相应的主动服务策略。

Improving the urban public cultural service ability is one important aspect o（ new-type urbanization. With its development, the puhl.ic cultural services of local university libraries for the communities are going from the passive to the active. Based on the community public cultural services and the investigation of local university libraries＇ services, this paper points out some problems about local university libraries participating in the public cultural services of new-type urban communities and explores the corresponding active service strategies.
