摘要
馆读沟通是图书馆服务读者进而实现自身价值的重要途径。本文将新形势下高校图书馆馆读沟通的方式分为语言沟通、非语言沟通、心理沟通以及跨文化沟通,讨论了四者之间既相互区别、又相互联系、相互补充和相互渗透的密切关系,提出了改进高校图书馆馆读沟通的有效途径。
Communication between librarians and readers is an important way to realize library's own value by reader service. In this paper, the communieation ways of reader service are summarized as verbal communication, nonverbal communication, psychological communication and cross-cultural communication and the differences, mutual connection, mutual complementation and mutual infiltration among those are discussed in detail. Based on the above discussion, the ways of improving the effective communication between librarians and readers are put forward.
