X射线照射对机体过氧化水平及抗氧化能力影响的实验研究

摘要 目的探讨X射线照射对机体过氧化水平及抗氧化能力的影响。方法选择无特定病原体成年大鼠19只,随机分为实验组(A)、实验组(B)、对照组(C),A、B二组大鼠每日进行一次全身性X线照射,连续6 d,1次/d,A组照射剂量为3 Gy,B组照射剂量为2 Gy;C组不进行X线照射,完毕后留取血样检测3组大鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)水平,进行统计学分析。结果 SOD:A、C组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A、B组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B与C组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),表明A组SOD水平显著低于C组,且A组显著低于B组;CAT:A、C组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A、B组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B与C组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),表明A组CAT水平显著低于C组,且A组显著低于B组;T-AOC:A、C组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),表明A组T-AOC水平显著低于对照组,且A组低于B组。结论 X线照射对机体SOD、CAT和T-AOC指标具有显著影响,可显著降低血清SOD、CAT和T-AOC水平,抗氧化酶SOD及CAT活性与照射剂量呈负相关。 Objective To study X-ray radiation effect on the body's peroxidation level and antioxidant capacity. Methods The 19 rats without specific pathogen were randomly divided into experimental group A, experimental group B,the control group C;A,B group's rats received ltime/d with whole body X-ray irradiation; for 6d consecutively;group A radiation dose were 3Gy,group B radiation dose were 2Gy,group C did not receive radiation;afterward the blood specimens were detectd with superoxide dismutas (SOD),hydrogen peroxide enzyme (CAT) and total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC). Results SOD:The difference between group A and C was statistically significant (P〈0.05),the difference between group A and B was statistically significant (P〈0.05),the difference between groups B and C was not statistically significant (P〉0.05),while the levels of SOD in group A were significantly below than group C ,and in group A were significantly below than group B;CAT:The difference between group A and C was statistically significant (P〈0.05),the difference between group A and B was statistically significant (P〈0.05),the difference between group B and C was not statistically significant (/:'〉0.05), while the level of SOD in group A were significantly below than group C,and group A were significantly below than group B;T-AOC:The difference between group A and C was statistically significant (P〈0.05),the difference between other groups was not statistically significant (P〉0.05),while the level of T-AOC in group A were significantly below than control group,and group A were below than group B. Conclusion X-ray radiation has significant influence on the SOD and CAT and T-AOC of body,significantly reduce the levels of serum SOD and CAT and T-AOC ;the antioxidant enzyme activity of SOD and CAT is negatively related to irradiation dose.
