摘要
挤出系统具有中空吹塑设备的"心脏"之称。针对中空吹塑设备大产出、高效率、低能耗的发展要求,对挤出系统进行了设计和优化;并对开槽料筒在实际生产中产生的磨损问题进行了研究,提出了预防措施和解决方案。
Extrusion system is referred to as ＂heart＂ in a hollow blow molding equipment. In view of the hollow blow molding equipment large output, high efficiency and low energy consumption requirements, the development of extrusion equipment for the design and optimization and split groove cylinder wear problems in production practice are studied, and the preventive measures and solutions are put forward
