摘要
杜儿坪矿为完善南九盘区生产系统,对该盘区的2号煤皮带巷沿巷道中线方向向西延伸。现有巷道采用锚带网联合支护,受矿压及采动影响,顶板下沉、两帮回缩量大、底鼓变形严重。延伸巷道段决定在全锚支护的基础上,采用地质力学测试分析、巷道群应力分布特征分析、支护形式与参数选择等技术手段,对巷道支护重新设计,确保支护强度满足服务年限要求。
To improve the production in south panel 9 of Du’erping Mine, No.2 belt roadway extended to the west along the direction of the center line. Combined support with bolt, belt, and mesh was used.Under the condition of mine pressure and mining, roof sank, resilient amount was large, and floor heave deformed severely. For the extended roadway, it was decided to use geological mechanics testing, feature analysis of roadway group stress distribution, and some techniques, including supporting methods and parameter selection to redesign the roadway in order to ensure the supporting stress and satisfy the requirement of service life with all-bolt support.
