摘要
通过阐述垃圾渗滤液的特性,探讨机械蒸汽压缩技术处理垃圾渗滤液过程中存在的问题,指出污垢是影响该技术运行的难题。通过对污垢控制方法的分析和对比,发现低温等离子体技术不但可以控制污垢的形成,还可以提高冷凝水的水质,为渗滤液的回收利用提供技术支持。因此可以得出一个结论:即低温等离子体技术在抑制蒸发污垢方面是可行的,它为机械蒸汽压缩技术系统的低成本运行提供保证。
This paper expounded characteristics of landfill leachate, discussed mechanical vapor compression processing technology of landfill leachate and pointed out that fouling was affecting operation problem. Through analysis and comparison of fouling control method, found that low temperature plasma technology could not only control formation of fouling, also could improve water quality of distilled wa- ter, provided basis for leachate recycle. Therefore can be concluded that low temperature plasma technology in suppressing fouling of me- chanical vapor compression process is feasible, it provides guarantee for low cost operation.
