摘要
采用单体预乳化工艺和半连续单体滴加方式合成了高聚物乳液。讨论了甲基丙烯酸、苯乙烯、丙烯酸羟丙酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸丁酯用量对胶膜透水性和耐水性的影响;还研究了水性涂料配方中填料的种类及结构、颜料体积浓度(PVC)对涂膜透水性及耐水性的影响。
A polymer emulsion was prepared by monomer pre-emulsification technology and monomer semi- continuous dripping method. The influences of monomer amount( including MAA, St, HPA, MMA and BA ) on tire water impermeability and water resistance of fihn were discussed.
