油液中微量元素检测方法研究进展

摘要 润滑油等油液中微量元素的检测对油液的质量监控以及发动机、涡轮机和液压传动系统等机械设备的视情维修具有重要意义。但由于元素的含量通常较低,加之有机样品的前处理困难等,润滑油等油液中的微量元素检测一直是分析化学工作者面临的一个非常大的挑战。本文着重介绍了用于润滑油等油液样品的元素检测技术与样品前处理方法的一些最新发展,并对润滑油中微量元素监测的发展趋势作了展望。 Determination of trace elements in lubricant and other oils is of great significance in the monitoring of oil quality and the condition-based maintenance of mechanical equipment such as engine, turbine and hydraulic transmission system, etc. However, due to the low concentration of the elements of interest, as well as the difficulty in the pretreatment of organic samples, it has always been a great challenge to measure the trace elements in oils. In this paper, the recent progress of methods used in the detection of trace elements in oil and the pretreatment of oil samples has been reviewed. And the trends of trace elements monitoring in lubricating oil are summarized.
