摘要 X射线荧光分析技术是当今无机多元素测试领域的技术支柱之一。主要应用于试样的主量、次量和痕量组份分析。X射线荧光光谱仪在地质、冶金、建材、环境、考古和石化等领域得到了广泛的应用。但仪器在经过长期不间断运行使用后,仪器的各个部分都有可能会出现故障,甚至出现重大故障,使仪器不能正常工作。本文就日本理学公司RX2100型波长X射线荧光光谱仪在使用过程中出现的X射线激发系统重大故障进行了自主维修尝试,希望能对从事仪器研发和维修人员有些帮助。 Nowadays, X-ray fluorescence analysis is one of supporting technology in the domain of inorganic multielement measurement. It mainly is used in the sample analysis of major, minor and trace components. X-ray fluorescence spectrometer has been widely used in geology, metallurgy, building materials, environment, archaeology, petrochemical industry and other fields. But after a long term continuous operation, the various parts of the instrument would damage, even a major fault appears,which cause it can't work normally. This paper analyzes the major fault of X-Ray generator in RIX 2100 and succeeds in repairing. We hope this paper will help the people for instruments design and maintenance.
