摘要
单病种诊疗流程是医院医疗服务流程的重要组成部分。针对单病种诊疗流程的特点,构建了基于广义随机Petri网的单病种诊疗流程模型。利用广义随机Petri网与马尔可夫链同构的特性,将模型转化为等价的马尔可夫链。根据马尔可夫理论及相关数学方法,获得并分析流程的主要性能,识另别影响流程运行效率的瓶颈环节。最后通过算例验证了该方法的可行性,为单病种诊疗流程的设计、规划和评价提供支持。
Single disease diagnosis and treatment process is an important part of medical service process in hospitals.According to the properties of single disease diagnosis and treatment process,the Generalized Stochastic Petri Net approach is proposed for modeling this kind of process.On the basis that the Generalized Stochastic Petri Net is isomorphic with Markov Chain,the model is converted to Markov Chain for successive performance analysis.With Markov Chain theory and the related mathematical method,the main performance of the single disease diagnosis and treatment process is obtained and analyzed.The bottlenecks which affect the operation effectiveness of the process are identified.A numerical example is used to verify the applicability of the proposed model in providing the support for the design,plan and evaluation of single disease diagnosis and treat process.
