摘要
以我国核电发展对铀资源需求的预测为基础,揭示了核电发展需求与铀资源供应之间的关系规律,阐明了铀资源保障核电发展的关键战略要素;构建了核电发展对铀资源的需求保障体系,指出这既是核电发展战略的基本要求,也是国家能源安全战略的重要任务。
Based on the demand prediction of uranium resource for nuclear power development, the paper revealed the relationship between the demand of nuclear power development and uranium resource supply, narrated key strategic factors about uranium resource safeguarding the nuclear power development. In addition, it constructed the system of safeguarding the demand of uranium resource for nuclear power development, and pointed out which was not only the basic requirement of nuclear power development strategy but the important task of national energy security strategy.
