摘要
针对矿用液压挖掘机的技术特点,阐述了其与机械式挖掘机相比的优越性和不足之处。从动力配置、工作装置、平台布置和液压回路4个方面,详细介绍了国外四大厂商系列化成熟产品的性能特点和发展方向。简述了国外产品在国内用户的应用情况和国内厂商的研发现状,并给出了初步结论和建议,为国内大型矿用液压挖掘机的整机开发与研制提供参考。
Aiming at the technical features of the mining hydraulic excavator, the paper elaborated its superiority and deficiency compared with the mechanical excavator, and narrated the performance characteristics and development direction of mature series products made by four foreign manufacturers from the power configuration, working device, platform layout and hydraulic circuit. In addition, it introduced the application of foreign products in domestic users and development status of domestic manufacturers, and offered general conclusions and suggestions, which offered reference for the development of the home-made large mining hydraulic excavator.
