摘要
以L型门式起重机为研究对象,综合运用ANSYS和i SIGHT,考虑主梁的尺寸参数、材料特性、载荷及动载系数的不确定性,结合非概率理论、响应面法和广义下降梯度法,对主梁进行可靠性分析。分析结果表明:综合运用ANSYS和i SIGHT对门式起重机主梁进行非概率可靠性分析的方法切实可行;该门机主梁有效悬臂处的静刚度可靠度指标偏低,不满足要求,需要优化提高。
Taking a L-typed gantry crane as the study objective, the paper took the dimension, material characteristics, load and dynamic load coefficient of the girder into account and combined non-probability theory, response surface method and general descent gradient method, and then applied ANSYS and i SIGHT to conduct reliability analysis on the girder. Analysis results showed: it was feasible to analyze the non-probability reliability by the combination of ANSYS with i SIGHT; the static stiffness of the effective part of the cantilever had lower reliability indexes, which failed to satisfy the requirement and needed optimization.
