Design on real-time automatic control PID system for temperature of heat treatment furnace

摘要 采用模糊自适应法精确计算PID参数,建立基于MATLAB与PLC的热处理炉温实时自动控制系统。在S7-200 PLC中编写炉温自动控制程序,调用PID模块,通过OPC协议建立上、下位机通信网络,将MATLAB计算的PID参数实时传递给PLC,达到温度的精确控制,并利用Wincc开发人机交互界面进行温度监控。通过现场试验,验证了该炉温自动控制PID系统的准确可靠性。 The paper applied the fuzzy adaptive method to accurately calculate PID parameters, and established the real-time automatic control system for the temperature of the heat treatment furnace based on MATLAB and PLC. It also compiled the temperature automatic control program in S7-200 PLC, and applied PID module to establish the communication network between master computer and slave computer by means of OPC protocol. PID parameters calculated by MATLAB was real-time transmitted to PLC, so as to realize accurate temperature control. Meanwhile, Wincc was applied to develop human-machine interface for temperature monitor. Field test showed the temperature automatic control PID system was accurate and reliable.
