摘要
根据煤矿综采自动化的需要,以EBZ系列悬臂掘进机为研究对象,使用CAN作为通信总线,设计了一种EBZ掘进机实时监控系统,并详细介绍了系统的总体设计方案,从系统的硬件选型、硬件与电路设计、软件设计、截割臂摆速控制方法等方面做了的分析与阐述,系统经过具体应用,有效提高了掘进机的运行可靠性与自动化水平,增加了开采效率。
According to the demands of fully mechanized coal mining automation, the paper selected EBZ series cantilever roadheader as the study object, and used CAN bus as the communication means. And then, it designed an online monitoring system for EBZ roadheader, and introduced the general design scheme of the system, analyzed the selection of system hardware, hardware and circuit design, software design and the methods of controlling the swing speed of the cutting arm. The application of the system showed the reliability, automation level and productivity of the roadheader effectively enhanced.
