近些年,我国研究生教育得到了长足发展,研究生数量有了大幅增长,由于各方面的原因,导师往往注重了研究生学术能力的培养,而忽视或弱化参与研究生思想政治教育的现象普遍存在。导师参与研究生思想政治教育不仅必要,而且可能,应从优化导师选聘机制,注重以德为先;保障师生沟通机制,注重收到实效;建立协同育人机制,注重强化合力;完善导师考核机制,注重正面激励等方面入手,以充分发挥导师在研究生思想政治教育中的主导地位,不断提高研究生思想政治教育的有效性。
