自升式平台桩腿建造柔性胎架设计与力学分析

摘要 针对目前自升式平台桩腿建造专用胎架通用性差、耗费工时和成本的缺点,开发了新型柔性胎架,并分析柔性胎架中存在的力学问题,按照国家标准对螺纹副设计,并校核支撑立柱稳定性。设计出的新型柔性胎架,满足目前常见平台桩腿建造对胎架承载能力的强度要求和建造精度的直线度要求,同时满足施工便利性。可减少胎架制作工时、节约建造成本、提高海洋工程的建造效率。 Due to various designs in racks and semicircle tubes,dedicated jigs are used in the manufacturing of most jack-up legs,which decreases the productivity.In this research,a new flexible jig system with jig and support column was designed to meet different production requirements of many jack-up platforms.Mechanical problems in the flexible jig were analyzed,screw pair was designed according to the national standards.Stability and strength of support column were checked.The new flexible jig designed in this study can satisfy the varied requirements of the strength and the straightness for common jack-up leg manufacturing and the convenience of construction,reduce the production time and the construction cost of jig,and improve the construction efficiency of marine engineering.
