摘要
构建综合性的、多元化的互联互通发展平台,健全发展支撑体系,对于加快推进江苏对接"一带一路"战略具有举足轻重的作用。文章从江苏"一带一路"重大平台建设存在的问题入手,分析了江苏"一带一路"重大发展平台的建设思路和主要模式,从政府引导、市场配置和项目整合三个方面提出江苏建设"一带一路"重大发展平台的主要举措。
Constructing a comprehensive and diversified interconnection development platform and consolidating the development supporting system play a decisiverole in accelerating the docking of Jiangsu province with the ＂One Belt and One Road＂ project. The article firstly researches the construction of the new normal and inadequate platform in Jiangsu ＂One Belt and One Road Project＂. Then, it analyzes the building ideas and major models of the development platform in Jiangsu ＂One Belt One Road＂, and finally it proposes measures of developing the platform in Jiangsu＇s construction of the ＂One Belt One Road＂ Project from three major aspects, namely, government guidance, market allocation, and project integration.
