秘书学升格为本科专业后,面临机遇更面临挑战,专业建设初期需要解决很多难题。落实到人才培养举措上,必须重视课程内容与授课方式、训练方式等层面的优化。具体体现在:需要在了解学情的基础上整合教学内容;教学中应该培养学生与专业素养有关的思维品质与研究意识;汲取课外"养料",增加课程的趣味性。

After the Secretary Science was promoted to the undergraduate course, it＇s now facing chances as well as challenges. Many problems need to be solved at the beginning of specialty construction. As for the measurement of talent cultivation, the optimization of curriculum content, teaching methods, and the training mode must be paid much attention to. In details, the teaching content needs to be integrated based on the w^lerst^nding of learning characteristics; during the teaching process, students should be cultivated the thinking quality and research consciousness about specialty literacy; what＇s more, teachers need to improve the interestingness of curriculum by absorbing extracurricular knowledge.
