Reflection and Innovation: A Research about the Construction of Logistics Management Mechanism in Universities——Taking Yancheng Normal University as an Example

面对后勤改革在学术研究和实际工作中的遇冷,从高校后勤社会化管理现状、理论思考、实践探索等方面进行分析,提出当前高校后勤改革要以建立公益性与市场化相结合的后勤管理机制为目标,明确后勤社会化改革宗旨,坚持以学生为服务主体与监督主体,坚持以育人为导向,拓展后勤管理的育人功能,建章立制,制定市场化的操作办法,发挥物管与学工联动作用,构建高校后勤社会化管理机制。

Facing the cold of logistics reform in academic research and practical work, analyzing the social status of university logistics management, the existing theoretical thinking, practice and exploration and other aspects of analysis, the paper puts forward that the current reform of university logistics, in order to establish a logistics management system to public welfare and market, a combination of target by clear purpose logistics reform, should adhere to the student body and supervision body for the service, adhere to educating people-oriented, expand educational function of logistics management, establish a new system for the development of market-oriented operational methods, property management and learning to play construction industry linkage effects, etc.in order to socialize the logistics management system in universities.
