摘要
技能人才是实现我国经济腾飞的强有力支撑,因此要重视技能人才培养工作,特别是企业技能人才的评价机制、评价模式和评价体系等方面的工作。针对企业存在的履职不到位、激励机制不健全、经费政策落实不力、基础资源不配套、就业准入制度未落实等问题,从加大人才培养和评价体系的宣传力度、提高企业技能人才培训质量、创新人才评价新模式、强化企业在技能人才评价中的主体性和主动性、建立人才激励机制等方面提出改革措施。
Skilled employers are strong support for the realization of the country's economic take-off, so importance should be attached to technical labor's training, and the model and the system for evaluating enterprises' skilled labor should be put in the first place. On the other hand, there are still problems which have become deterrents to the realization of the goal, including enterprises' neglect of their duties, inadequate incentive mechanism, ineffective implementation of funding policies, unevenly distributed resources, the absence of recruitment policies, etc. Taking into consideration the problems listed above, it is strongly suggested that effective measures must be introduced into the work. A campaign for raising awareness of personnel training and evaluation system is necessary to generate publicity amongst enterprises. It is of importance to improve quality of training and innovate new patterns of evaluation.
