摘要 阿尔茨海默病（AD）是一种起病隐匿的进行性发展的中枢神经系统退行性疾病。轻度认知障碍（MCI）是尚不达痴呆诊断标准的阶段。研究表明,每年约10%~15%的MCI进展为AD,早期检测MCI对AD的诊断至关重要。
