ApoEε4基因对轻度认知障碍和阿尔茨海默病脑功能改变的静息态血氧水平依赖功能磁共振成像研究 被引量:2

摘要 阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种起病隐匿的进行性发展的中枢神经系统退行性疾病。轻度认知障碍(MCI)是尚不达痴呆诊断标准的阶段。研究表明,每年约10%~15%的MCI进展为AD,早期检测MCI对AD的诊断至关重要。
