摘要
在雷电灾害风险评估中,位置因子(Cd)的取值决定最终评估结果的准确度,并对安装避雷设施的投资与设置方式影响极大。文章介绍了现行标准中Cd的取值方法,并分析了其对评估结果的影响,指出在不同高度、不同距离的情况下,应该为Cd动态取值。最后,根据雷击保护距离和雷电流概率分布的概念,探讨了当被评估物体周围存在更高物体时Cd的取值方法。
The taking value of location factor (Cd) decided the accuracy of evaluation resuhs in lightning disaster risk assessment, and it had infinite influence on the investment and the setting up pattern of installing lighting facilities. This paper introduced the taking value method of Cd in current standards, analyzed its influence on evaluation results, and pointed out that Cd should be taken value in dynamic condition in the case of different height, different distance. Finally, according to the concept of lightning protection distance and the lightning current probability distribution, this paper discussed the taking value methods when there were taller object near the object that was evaluated.
