摘要
牛圈湖西山窑组油藏属于特低渗、低压、低流度的"三低"砂岩油藏,开发方案实施后,表现出非均质性严重、注水效果差、单井产量低等现象。为了改善油藏开发效果,首先建立分区测井解释模型及标准,对所有井重新测井解释及储量复算,并开展精细储层非均质性描述及相控精细地质建模。在深化油藏认识基础上通过实施超前温和注水、开展井网加密调整、制定选井标准开展重复压裂、实施层内分注和双液法调剖体系改善剖面矛盾等一系列技术措施,油藏注水状况逐步好转,采油速度不断提高,开发效果明显改善,为此类油藏改善开发效果提供了可借鉴的经验。
The sandstone reservoir of Xishanyao Formation in Niuquanhu Oilfield is characterized by ultra-low permeability, low pressure and low mobility. After the implementation of the development plan, serious heterogeneity, poor water, low well production are common. In order to improve reser- voir development, we first create partitions interpretation models and standard on all wells to re-log interpretation and reserves recalculation, and conduct described heterogeneity and phased fine reservoir geological modeling. After the implementation of leading moderate injection, infill adjustment, well selection criteria setting, repeated fracturing, injection within the layer, and double fluid dis- pensing systems to improve law cross-sectional profile, the water injection situation gradually im- proved, and the production rate continues to increase, which significantly improves development effectiveness. This paper provides valuable experience for similar reservoirs to improve development effect.
